GSC have completely modified Sludge Batching Mixing Solidification Plant in Taoyuan ,Taiwan .This exited equipment can’t smoothly process sludge solidification before not yet modified . GCS has designed & developed based on that exited equipment , and successfully modified that full production line .

For the new processing equipment , two sludge materials ( Inorganic sludge ) , cement , additives by weighing under presetting recipe , and step by step are charged into mixer to mix together . The middle material ( after mixed ) will be waiting for granulation . Two granulating machine are equipped to granulate in the granulation processing . The final product is conveying by belt conveyors to stock yard for open air curing . The plant production capacity will be 50 ~60 tons/hr. These final products can be reused in cement , red brick , Gardening soil , Road base backfill etc. .
