The DTG030 is a 300 output TFT-LCD gate driver IC.

Features

1. Number of LCD driver outputs: 300.
2. LCD drive output sequence: Output shift directions can be selected.
   (OG1 -> OG300 or OG300 -> OG1).
3. Selectable cascade method:
   - Internal counting (Max. 4 cascades).
   - Enable chain.
4. Usable with both positive/negative power supplies.
5. Selectable LCD drive output width control methods.
   - Controlled by CKV/CKC width.
   - Controlled by OE1-OE3 (output signal masking function).
6. Output mode selection (when internal counting):
   - 1-pulse mode.
   - Continuous 2-pulse mode (2-pulse scanning).
   - Jumping 2-pulse mode (2-pulse scanning).
