As the global greenhouse effect continue to rise, 128 countries globally publically announced that they will achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and proactively implement various carbon reduction mechanisms. Carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies. Carbon capture and storage technologies is one of the most important foundations to achieve net zero carbon emissions. This event invited Korea’s largest power company – Korea Electric Power Corporation to share the role that this technology plays within carbon neutrality and the current local development status, so that manufacturers are able to understand how to apply the technology within carbon reduction in corporations.
