Three proof filter bag

The three proof filter bag are suitable for Coal Mill dust collector .

   The filter bag of this model dust collector shall be made of the material of waterproof , oil repellent and anti-static terylene non woven . The material bag can be used for blast furnace pulverized coal in steel plant, coal grinding in cement plants, , coal handling system in power plants .

   The filters bag shall be considered the high concentration of pulverized coal and air friction

on the impact of friction of the filter bag in the bag surface is easy to produce static electricity, static electricity build-up can cause sparks and blasting. Also considered the moisture characteristics of the flue gas of coal mill, filter bags with conductive fibers to eliminate electrostatic waterproof , oil repellent and anti-static terylene non woven and the dust collector shall take the earth grounding measures.

P84 Mucous membrane filter bag

 This model of bag is made of P84 Mucous membrane with high thermo stability and antistatic filter non woven . It works temperature within 260℃ . Normally, this model bag are used for the kiln in cement plants, asphalt plants , waste incinerator , coal-fired boilers .

PTFE Coasting Mucous membrane filter bag

     PTFE fibers are resistant to many highly corrosive media, almost free from the influence of any chemicals and from moisture, mildew, bacteria, UV . The thermal stability of PTFE is a thermoplastic plastic, low temperature without loss of its high strength, self-lubricating, still softness at -80 ℃ .

PTFE film having a pore size of from 0.1-3.5μm, micropore porosity of 75-90%. Such a high micropore porosity sufficient to allow a number of dense water vapor to freely pass through, which is due to the fine water vapor molecules can diffuse freely through the membrane void.

The non woven filter bags coated with PTFE are widely used in municipal solid waste incineration dust collection, chemical dust and other harsh conditions .Membrane filter bags for the dust collector of the cement grinding has many advantages: low filtration resistance, low energy consumption, high filtration efficiency, low dust emission and long life. With smooth surface, easy to clean, the film has a hydrophobic nature, difficult to harden clogged filter bag.

Solenoid Valve (Diaphragm Valve )

The diaphragm pulse valve is used by the pulse spray blowing-way to pulse jet filter bag for cleaning function . The valve body is made of cast aluminum . Normally, diameter are available 3/4”, 1” , 1 _”（20, 25, 40 mm∮） . The mount connecting are a few kinds which these will be used by required .
